At Laundry Basket Quilts, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused fabrics, notions, and patterns. Please note that cut-to-order fabrics and digital patterns are considered final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been washed or cut. Patterns and books must be free of any markings or folds.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box or padded envelope, including a copy of your packing slip and the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
